Mini Hexagon coin purse

This little coin purse is just the right size for a few coins or 2 AA sized batteries, I made it to use up the last of the hexagon strips I'd made for the insane hexagon quilt and then decided I wasn't insane enough to attempt the make the 1/2" sided diamonds I'd need for the job. Because of the button this purse is not reversible.

The entire cover is made by hand and contains 40 1/2" mini hexagons, 20 for each side.

It's 2" x 2 1/2"/ 5 x 6.35 cm

There is still one item to be completed using these strips but the hexagon sections needed are already joined together.
